“We Are” follows 7 young people. Some remain in their hometown of Maebashi, while others go to Tokyo to pursue their dreams.

Notes

  1. While filming the movie on August 23, 2016, actor Yuta Takahata was arrested for sexual assault against an employee at a hotel where he was staying. Filming of the movie stopped for about a year. Filming then resumed on August 4, 2017 and finished August 13, 2017. Actor Junki Tozuka replaced the character played by Yuta Takahata.
  2. Theme song is “Tarareba” by Japanese rock group Amazarashi.
